Synopsis

As well as valor and magic, building the pyramids in Egypt were also covered with various mysteries. From the story of treasure, full of secret rooms to the curse of the former Egyptian king buried there, making the pyramid becomes always a concern. This also may inspire filmmakers from France, Gregory Levasseur so interested in producing a new movie called The Pyramid.

The director, along with Alexandre Aja as a producer, which is already widely known through a number of successful horror films like "The Hills Have Eyes" (2006), "Piranha 3D" (2010), and "Maniac" (2012), also working on the film "the Pyramid "is the horror genre that have partially found footage (fake documentary). Stories in this latest film begins with the process of making a pyramid and burial ceremony of a king of Egypt in it. 

Then skip ahead to the story in 2014, when a group of archaeologists from the US team is doing research on a variety of new pyramids discovered in Egypt. They discovered an ancient pyramid buried in the desert. Uniquely, the pyramid has only three sides, instead of the four sides of the pyramid another. When successfully opened and found the door of the pyramid, they then decided to mejelajahinya.
