n a time long ago, a crime is about to be unleashed that will reignite the war between the forces of the supernatural and human once again.

Teacher Gregory (Jeff Bridges) is a knight who had imprisoned strong spiteful witch, Mother Malkin (Julianne Moore), centuries ago. But now he has to escape and seek revenge.

Calling his every incarnation, Mother Malkin is preparing to unleash his terrible wrath on the world that is not suspected. Only one thing stands in her way: Master Gregory.

In a deadly reunion, Gregory comes face to face with the evil that is always afraid that one day will return.
